Company History
Velacity started the business about 6 years ago in 2017. A veteran of the industry, Velacity has held the roles of helper, installer, lead installer, project manager and owner/operator.
Velacity is a small business, veteran and locally owned low voltage and IT layer 1,2, and 3 contractor on Guam.
We incorporated in 2017 with the simple principle to provide a collaborative team-build approach to provide the highest quality of service from start to finish of all our projects.
Some of our customers have been with us for over 6 years.

At Velacity, we provide our clients customized network and security solutions with excellent products, superior service and committed support. We have years of proven success and a diverse client list ranging across various markets. Our large selection of diverse and qualified field technicians will support all your network, voice/data, fiber optic, CCTV security and service needs.
Our technical training includes industry standard specific training developed by Building Industry Consulting Services International, BICSI a non-profit professional association. BICSI supports the Information Transport Systems (ITS) industry with information, education and knowledge assessment for individuals and companies.
Every project is overseen by one of our BICSI Certified technicians who will make sure that your installation is done as designed, meets Local, Federal government and industry standards, and is completed on time and within budget. Once we install your system, all cabling is tested and documented per our manufacturer’s warranty requirements. Contact us and we can get started on your project!
